Torus Foundation Impact Report 2025/26

Over the last year, Torus Foundation has continued to work closely with people living in Torus communities to help improve lives and build stronger communities.

Our targeted support includes enhancing employment and skills, promoting health and wellbeing, championing financial inclusion and creating opportunities for young people.

Together with colleagues from across the Torus Group and partnering organisations from your local area, we're creating lasting, positive change and making meaningful contributions to the wider neighbourhood we serve.

Key successes during 2025/26

Through our employment and skills work:

  • 368 individuals were supported into new jobs
  • 1083 people were supported with bespoke information, advice and career guidance

By championing financial inclusion for tenants:

  • £3.7 million obtained in financial gains for Torus customers from additional benefits
  • £380,100 distributed to 469 tenants through the Tenant Support Fund

Through our FireFit Hub and by creating opportunities for young people:

  • 47,369 visits to the FireFit Hub by children and young people
  • 14,111 free meals provided to young people attending FireFit Hub

By promoting health and wellbeing:

  • 2000 people took part in health and wellbeing activities
  • 15,988 volunteer hours delivered through the Healthy Neighbours project
